Is there a minimum order?
No strict minimum — our invoices include orders of a single piece. The per-piece price drops at 12, 24, 50 and 100+ pieces, and screen printing is best value from about 24 pieces. Use the instant estimate to compare quantities.
How long does an order take?
Typically about 2–3 weeks from proof approval, depending on garment stock and the decoration method. That’s a typical range, not a guarantee — tell us your in-hands date when you ask for a quote and we’ll confirm a date before you approve.
Can you do rush orders?
Often, yes, depending on garment stock and production schedules. Ask as early as you can; rush charges may apply and we’ll tell you before you approve.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) are best. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works for DTF and sublimation. No vector file? We can redraw or digitize your logo for the one-time set-up fee (typically $60.00).
Will I see a proof before you produce?
Yes. Every order gets a digital mockup showing the garment colour, logo size and placement. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
How do I pay?
We accept cheque and Interac e-Transfer. Schools and school boards can pay by purchase order, and we invoice the school or board directly. All prices are in CAD plus 13% HST.
Do you accept school purchase orders?
Yes. COHO LTD is an approved YRDSB vendor for Sports Apparel. Send your PO number with the order and we invoice the school or board directly. See school purchasing.
Where do you deliver?
We are based in Stouffville and deliver across York and Durham regions and the GTA. We also ship across Ontario; shipping is quoted per order based on size and location.
Is there a set-up fee?
A one-time set-up or digitizing fee applies to new logos — typically $60.00 per logo. Repeat orders with the same logo usually skip it.
Can you decorate garments I already have?
Yes. We can embroider, print or add names and numbers to garments you supply. See “Decoration only” on the pricing page.
Can you mix sizes and colours?
Yes. Sizes can be mixed freely within an order. Mixing garment colours is usually fine; the logo colours may need to change for contrast, and we’ll show that on the proof.
Can you run an online store for our team or school?
Yes, on request. We can set up an online store where families or staff order and pay individually, with an optional fundraising amount per item. See team stores.
