Terms of sale
The basics of how ordering works with COHO LTD. Your written quote or invoice takes priority if it says something different. Last updated October 2026.
Prices and estimates
Prices on this website, including the instant estimate, are guides based on past orders. They are not offers. Your price is set by a written quote. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude 13% HST, shipping and delivery unless stated.
Proofs and approval
We send a digital proof for every order. Please check spelling, names, numbers, colours, sizes and quantities carefully — production starts only after you approve, and approved details are what we produce.
Artwork
You confirm you have the right to use any logo or artwork you send us. We may decline artwork that infringes someone else’s trademark or copyright.
Turnaround
Turnaround times are typical ranges, not guarantees. They depend on garment availability from suppliers and production schedules. We’ll confirm an expected date with your quote.
Payment
We accept cheque and Interac e-Transfer, and purchase orders from schools and school boards, with invoicing to the school or board. Payment terms are shown on your quote or invoice.
Changes, returns and defects
Custom-decorated items are made for you, so they can’t be returned for change of mind or wrong sizes ordered. If something arrives defective or doesn’t match the approved proof, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a reprint, replacement or credit.
Colour and sizing
Screen and print colours can vary slightly from what you see on your monitor, and garment sizing varies by brand. See our size chart and ask for a sample if fit is critical.
